F-2 Visa or B-2 Visa for my Wife

Hello All,

I am in a dilemma. Currently I am on my OPT (Exp: May 2019). I am getting married on Jan 2019 and wanted to do my honeymoon in US (April 2019). I am confused which visa should I apply for my wife. F-2 or B-2 Visa? Which has lesser chance of denial?Please help!!!

I am a US-born citizen and married my wife, who is from Mexico, in May 2015. Our baby was born in July and we already obtained her Certification of Birth Abroad and US passport....

My wife (who is currently in India) got a job offer from a company in the US and they have just filed her H1B Visa application. The company has NOT filed premium processing. What I understand is that the approval / denial may take 2-6 months...
