Looking for job with Green Card provided

I'm Malaysian and I have been working in Singapore for 10 years. I would want to get a job in USA>
Any suggestion how can I apply to work in USA.
There are numbers of agents, but I have no confident as I previously have received numbers of calls but it sound like scam.

Does anyone know where you can find American online recruiters looking for workers in Europe or internationally?
Specifically those who recruit unskilled labor / contract work or H2A / H2B visa workers?
How reputable are they? And does it matter if they charge a fee?
