Hello, my father got his US green card last year, only because they were refusing his visit visa applications and asked him to apply for US immigration as I am a US citizen.
Else my father is right now unable to stay in the US for long because he has few last years of his job in KSA, so I need to apply for his reentry permit.
But the problem is this year he will be able to come only for 2 weeks so I am planning on filing before he arrives so he can get his biometrics done while he is here. But can we send the scanned copies of the forms and all required documents because of his signatures?
