Hi, so I been in LDR status. I decided to bring him here in US in what way I should get him here inthefastest way? im planning of tourist visa and then we get married here. Is there a legal action with this? Thanks..

Did you decide what to do? I'm not sure if you are legally about to have someone come on a tourist visa and then get married since they ask you questions at customs at the airport. Please let me know what you decided because I'm in a similar situation. -

Go ahead and have him put on his visa application for a B1/B2 tourism visa, that you're plan is to bring him here to the U.S. and then marry him. If he is approved, great, If not, you'll know that it is not allowed and illegal.

It is completely legal and appropriate to be married in the US on a tourist visa. What IS illegal is to overstay the authorized duration to change status. Go ahead and marry, return to the home country to await Consular Processing and interview at the US embassy\consulate abroad.Comment
