CBP I-94 - Different dates on Most recent I-94 vs Traveller History on CBP website

Hi,

I travelled from USA to India on a short vacation on 12-Nov-2016. I returned back to USA on 07-Dec-2016 (~25 days). While in India I got my VISA stamped which is valid through Dec 2018.

I went back to India on 12-Jan-2017 and returned back to USA on 23-Jan-2017 (~10 days).

When I check my travellers history on "https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search". It shows all my arrivals correctly. But when I try to get the most recent I-94 on "https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search" I see my 2nd last entry showing up and not the latest entry.

Latest I-94 shows most recent entry as 07-Dec-2016 (this is the 2nd last entry to USA on the travel history page of CBP). My most recent entry to USA is 23-Jan-2017 and the travel history shows that correctly.

How do I get my most recent entry displayed on the I-94 website.

Update: I-94 updated with correct latest entry

I went to CBP Phoenix office this morning. This office is open for I-94 issues every Tuesday & Wednesday in between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. There was hardly any queue, I had to get a token at the door, wait for 5 minutes outside the office (It was hot outside but in 5 minutes they called me in). You have to go through a security screening (like airport, so do not carry anything apart from your documents. If you have a mobile phone, you need to switch it off).

There was a wait for another few minutes inside, each person was taking around 2 - 3 minutes at the counter. The officer asked for my Passport and I-797 and the issue (I carried my tickets, boarding passes, I-94 printout, travelers history printout and she said she needs only the Passport and I-797). I explained my I-94 is not updated. She asked me to wait for 2 minutes. She then called and returned my documents and said by the time you reach home, website will be updated. I went out, waited for 5 minutes and checked, my I-94 was updated.

In short, the process is simple, you just have to go to CBP office in person as they need to see the stamps on your passport.
