Hi Urgent Help needed

My husband is a U. S citizen and he is about to file for my son which is his stepson. We are filling out the AOS form for my son. Under parent information should I put my husband information (stepfather) or my son?s biological father?

My two cents.

If your USC husband has adopted your child, then put your husband's info. If he hasn't, then put your child's biological father's info. Since the portion (Part 4. Information About Your Parents) of the form asks for the Parents' Legal Name, your USC husband has no 'legal' connection yet to your son, unless he has adopted him. So if no adoption has taken place, the child's true/biological parents' info should be on the form.
