I think you already have all the evidence an IO can ask for. It?s always good to overdo the evidence. As for myself, most of my evidence would be pictures since 2013, text messages and our apartment lease since 2015.
Goodluck to you! Happy for you!

          Thats bonafideddddddd.

For myself I like to go with higher level sections. Finances/cohabit/relationship-proof-other-stuff

I think insurance, pension is apart of finances. I think cohbait is lease/gas/electric/phone. Emails/receipts/gifts/youtube/amazon is relationship proof.

What about your taxes transcript that should first thing in finances i think. Then living will. Then joint accounts. You will probably be approved by the will hah.

Congratulations! August is my lucky month. If you or anyone would like me to take a look at something, please send me a private message. I am not in the forum as often anymore.

I applaud your attention to detail. Your evidence of bona fide marriage is concrete. You just raised the bar. This is the level of evidence that you expect of a couple who has been married for several years. Well, done.

You included the will, affidavits, outlined how you commingle finances. It's all there. Here is a picture I found online that shows how you could organize your binder.

The only thing I would add is a relationship timeline of key events in your relationship since you met. I would also organize statements/bills from oldest to most recent - placing oldest documents on top. I think that sends a tacit message to the brain, if you are flipping pages from say December 2016 to July 2018. Emphasizes longevity. But other than that, you've made it very easy for the ISO to approve you on the spot.

Even though you had already submitted your joint taxes, you want them at least listed there. Things get misplaced sometimes. It wouldn't hurt to be extra prepared and have them there. When the ISO asks you for evidence of bona fide marriage, you can hand over the table of contents and let him/her choose. The will/advanced health care directive should seal the deal.

              All the best to you!

You've got this in the bag! I just looked through you table of contents again and I do not see any civil documents listed. That's OK. Please, do not forget to bring them with you:
                  - marriage certificate
                  - Proof of US citizenship
                  - Intending immigrant's passport (*do not be afraid to ask for the I-551 stamp)
                  - Divorce decree(s)

Have you been married for 2 years already? I can't tell from your list. In any case, you're bringing A green card home - whether conditional or not.

                  All the best,

Oh, we intend to have civil documents separately, but is it advisable to put them as part of bona-fide marriage evidences? If yes under what section? Evidence of relationship?
                    Our Marriage is 1.4year old.

                    thank you.

                              Our Marriage is 1.4year old.

                              thank you.
I think you're right. It's more practical to have them separately. I listed them as Exhibit 1 & Exhibit 2 on my I-130 Table of contents. I mostly wanted to remind you to bring them, in case they want to see originals or certified copies. You did an amazing job tying all your evidence.
For each main category, you listed several layers of evidence. It's like taking a picture of your car from the top, bottom, sides, front and rear. It says loud and clear - we have nothing to hide. It also shows respect for the process and the ISOs job.

You wrote full sentences and stated what each piece of evidence is proof of. I am using YOURS as a guide for our interview IF and WHEN that happens.

                              All the best,
