My application for Advance Parole(i130, i131, i765, i485) was received on May 11,2018 in National Benefit Center, and I submitted my finger print and my case was scheduled for interview in June.

My I131 is still in "received" state, and submitted a request outside normal processing time. Still I have not heard anything. Anyone has similar experience or suggestion on what to do next?

Hi, how many days since you submitted service? If it is 30 days, I would call and ask the service representative to file a second request - I did the same and service representative said this second request is somehow a little more important, pointing out to immigration officer that an action needs to be done (sorry, I don't remember her exact words).

I called them on 37th day for my request for a case outside normal processing time regarding i765. (I waited extra week as on the 30th day they received my reply to RFIE for i485 and I wanted them to have time to go through it and then update i765.) Service representative filed second request and told that I should receive reply in 15 days.

You can try to call them before 30 days since you submitted the request but they may tell you there is nothing for them to do and you should wait until those 30 days pass.

My application for all those four cases was received on June 1st. at NBC. I have not heard back anything yet for my advance parole. I received an RFE for i485 case on October 19th and they got my response back on October 30th. Now it's been 156 days today (over 5 months) and it's no update. All I want is my Advance Parole to be able to visit home.

Please, let me know how you request for outside normal processing time goes. Now that you submitted that request, did they expedite your case?

      Thank you

No AP/EAD yet My second request was filed on Oct 30th, so they have until Nov 14th to do any update. But I am afraid that on that day I will have to call and escalate again, with my luck and all of what happened until now... 227 days and counting.

            EAD mailed

Thanks people, I just got notified by USCIS that my EAD card being mailed today.

Here is my time line with National Benefits Center, and I filed in California

            2018/05/11 Filed 130, 131, 485, 765
            2018/06/08 Finger print
            2018/11/05 Case approved for 131 and 765
2018/11/07 765 card mailed (right after mid-term election)

I don't have the tracking number yet, am I suppose to have one? Do I need to hold my mail since I might miss my mail person when the card comes in?

Miracle happened, I literally cried in restaurant when I received text message that my EAD case was updated. "As of Nov 9th new card is being produced"! I will believe when I'll have it in my hands, but so far I am really happy.

My husband set up informed delivery at post office in October and was able to see every envelope that went through our sorting place (Pensacola) before we found it in the mail box, so I really hope there won't be any issues with delivering.

I know only what I read, I applied for EAD and AP, although I didn't need it. But I knew that waiting for Montgomery for interview would be over a year so I applied for AP in case I need to see some of my doctors (cannot afford any doctors here without being in debt for life...).
I have three friends who applied for AP, but they all traveled from and to US after they got their Green cards, so no info, I am sorry
