L1B Visa Application

Hello All,
I am applying for L1B in Jan2019 for 3 years.
But my Company’s Visa petition is expiring in Nov2019.
My company has informed me that in July2019 they will start renewal process.
So, is it ok to apply now for 3years L1B?
Do visa officer ask me, how can you apply for 3years as your employer petition is going to end in 10moths?
What should be my answer?

Its fine, the company's visa petition is called Blanket petition. Go ahead, thats their everyone's case & they won't ask this question.
