Name Change

I was issued multiple entry B1/B2 non immigration visa last year and
visited the US for 5 weeks. Visa is valid for 10 years. I am planning to change my name on my passport. What is the process for name change in the visa?

You will have to go for new visa.

Otherwise, carry old passport and the proof of name change.
