Hindi Interview in Delhi possible?

Hi, while applying for my parents appointment at Delhi; I didn't see any language selection option at VFS... Is English option assumed default for Delhi appointment ? I have heard that at Delhi consulate; you can opt for Hindi interview inside once you are done with your preliminary screening. And, there is a different queue inside. Is it true/possible? My father understand English; but not quite confident in speaking. My mom doesn't understand English.

Yes even I heard that Delhi and Mumbai consulates have regional language translators available always. So they should be fine.

Has anyone observed this at Delhi consulate recently; so that I am releaved. Should I assume that Hindi interview can be arranged then and there w/o prior information to Consulate or VFS. Right?

Currently interpreter service is avaliable in Delhi Embassy for non english speakers.
