pls help me out...!

hi .......i have applied for my mom's visa appointment yesterday (chennai), and i got the date for sep.I wld really appreciate it if someone helped me out here. My question is :

-- my husband filled the application form on behalf of my mom from U.S (i.e online) and he has mentioned his name as application prepared by him. .......... i hope its ok .

-- Secondly we haven't yet taken a print out of it. SO i just wanted to know do we have to take the print out immediately once we fill it or is it okay we do that during the time of the interview & send it to my mom along with the rest of the document.

--One more thing, since my husband filled in the form, before sending it to india he needs to date and sign it right .

No need to printit immediately but better download the file to your local system
