h1 stamping Ciudad Juarez

last h1 renewal (stamp) I got from ciudad juarez till june 2011. now I got new i-797 and new I-94 valid still june 2014. can I Go to same mexican embassy for this renewal (stamping).

I got stamp valid till first week of June 2011, and I am planing to go there last week of July 2012.. I heard that I can go within a year.. is there any rules that person need to go within one year after there stamp expire.. your help greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance (I work for fortune 100 company and most of my colleagues got from India without any query )
