Incorrect Date of Birth on DS156 form

Hi,

I entered an incorrect date of birth for my father on the application (DS156) form while booking appointment on VFS site. Later I tried to modify, but the site did not let me edit it. Could you please let me know how can I edit the DOB after I submit the form? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

take a blank printout and manually fill all fields. take both copies (online and manual) for interview.
