difficult with winter itnery

it is very difficult with winter itnery to prepare for my mother 47 years old.
i am expecting her arrival from dec to mar which is most cold..we are in dallas..all tourist places are far away like newyark for 4 moths i don't know how to cover and what to..?

if this site provides places for itnery like advice from north regioin...in winter prefer these places...like that ...i think it's more usefull....

You don't really have to visit all the places listed in the itinerary.

All the places don't have to be nearby either.

Simply put things like Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Florida, New York, Niagara Falls, Washington DC. All standard places.
