EAD/AP Renewal Questions

Hi,
I am on 8th year on H1B visa got my EAD and AP. My first EAD is expiring on 9/27/2008 and my first AP is expiring on 10/17/2008, I am still extending my H1B and have not used either EAD or AP. I got my I-140 approved and have applied for a 3 year H1B extension and waiting for approval.

I am planning to e-file my EAD and AP renewals, please clarify below questions.

1. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS? Yes
Date for Application?
a. Date I got the receipt 8/13/2007
b. Date USCIS received my Application 7/2/2007
c. Date issued my EAD 9/27/2007
My answer is a. Date I got the receipt 8/13/2007

2. Place of Last Entry into U.S?
Last time I came into U.S from India is 6/17/2005 and the port of entry is Atlanta, GA. I visited Canada for 2 days in August 2005.
My answer is Atlanta,Ga

3. Manner of Last Entry into the U.S?
In 2005 either from India or from Canada I entered using my H1B, never went out of U.S
My answer is H1B: Specialty Occupation

4. Current Immigration Status?
My answer is H1B: Specialty Occupation


My wife was on H4 and got EAD and AP at the same time I got it and she has been to India on 12/4/2007 and came back using AP on 2/18/2008. Please clarify below questions. I have applied for her H4 extension and waiting for approval.

1. Manner of Last Entry into the U.S?
My answer is DA: ADVANCE PAROLE (DISTRICT AUTH)

2. Current Immigration Status?

2. Were you inspected at Canada border with a stamp on the passport when you left? If so, mention Canada.

1. Parolee (It is Deferred Adjudication but you need to mention Parole).
2. Parolee, AOS pending
