I 94 extension

Hi ,

My I94 and L1B visa is expirying by 24th Aug'10 and I have applied for my I94 extension . My wife is pregnant and she is due for 15th October , incase my extension is denied do I have any option to stay in US based on my wife's condition .

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated .

The only way you can stay here AFAIK is
1) L1 extension gets approved
or
2) Another employer files for your H1 and H4 for your wife

Your wife also must apply for her own status extension based on your pending petition using I-539 before her I-94 expires. One can stay in the US after I-94 expiry if any extension application is pending.
