Hello all,
I have been working in the states for a few years now and I want to expand my business. I am wanting to bring my friend from Central America to be my project manager because of his technical background with computer aided design. However, I know that this will be better for my business in the long haul because I landed a contract for 3 to 4 years. I hear that the non-immigrant visa is quicker than a green card but I still was wondering if anyone has taken this route and how long this actually will take for this to go through (time-wise). If there are tips that will expedite this process, I would love to hear them because I am trying to prevent any "bottlenecks" I may not be aware of!
