Flipping houses for Profit on H1-B

I am planning to buy a property and want to flip in few months.

Is it legal to do flipping of property(S) on H1-B?

If you just buy and sell houses on a regular basis, it might be a problem if USCIS thinks you are doing this as a secondary job.

On a normal basis, it isn't a problem if one makes money and pays taxes on it.

Are you sure you can make money on houses in this economy? I am seeing a recipe for disaster unless you have money that you can sit on for couple of years.
