Small Business on L1

1. I'm on L-1 visa, is it possible to register an Small Business in USA in my name?

2. Can I do day-to-operations of the company without drawing the salary, however would like to get the profit from the operations.

3. Can I sign the legal contracts that we do with the clients or it has to be done by the active employees only?
