Adjustment of status
Hi,
I am a green card holder. My husband is in United States in f1 category. I applied petition for my husband and he is approved from national visa Center. Priority date is may 19 2016. I am so confused in visa bulletin. I don't know if I can do further process to file adjustment status for my husband. Do I have to wait until final action date to fill the i485 form for my husband?
