Tuition

I currently am a high school student in Canada but i also hold a US green card. Im applying to a few universities in NY and FL and was wondering if i would have to pay out-of-state tuition or international tuition

First enquire about the university with which you want to get enrolled. After that enquire about the process of that respective university since the norms n regulations are different for different courses as well as universities.
