Photo in renewed pasport is not clear

Hi,

I got my renewed passport few months back from Indian embassy in Huston. But the photo in the new passport that i received is not clear. how to get that photo corrected in the passport? do i need to apply for a new passport again ?
What is the procedure ?

Kishore, I have similar issue with the passport renewed at Houstan where my photo in the passport came dark and not clear. what did you do in your case?
