My first interview for green card based on marriage was denied few days back.The lady said that she did not believe we lived in the same address.We did not have the current apartment leasing paper with us which only had my husband's name.My question is could i apply for reinstatement of my F-1 visa which was terminated in 2007,i have been out of status for a while.
