Can indian student studying in australia apply usa student visa by canceling aus visa

Hii guys..i need suggestions and help from you guys....i got **** up badly in aus,

i didnt like dis aus environment...im getting lot of health problems due to this sun rays directly on us.

The only thing is..can i apply us student visa from australia or not?

and i jus want to know the probability rate of getting the visa.
