  • I need a help

I'm a resident in South Korea and my wife is a US citizen, We got married December 20/12/2012 she file i130 and I got approved January 29/01/2014
I received a package from the NVC March 20 but my wife do not want to continue the relationship because I accused of having a relationship with another guy, For each time I call her phone this guy answer the phone, I need help please because I'm so sick and tired of this, The most frustrating part I try to file for a divorce but court will not allow me to, according to the South Korean I'm not yet married because I never register the marriage.I need help please

If your marriage has not been legally registered with the appropriate civil authority, your petition review may be denied during the NVC or subsequent Embassy review process.

Your NVC processing is a moot point and cannot continue without cooperation of your "wife." You might as well advise the NVC of the termination of your petitionable relationship and move on with your life.
