H4 to F1 COS RFE
Hi.. I applied for COS from H4 to F1 and got RFE. Reason mentioned as below:
1. Reason for attending school in States and not in your own country: Though i had already mentioned them and provided them a reason while filing for COS...So now what should i mention them.
2. Submit proof of residential address including but not limited to Utility bills,bank statement, telephone bills,lease agreement....In this case what proof should i provide as i dnt have anyting on my name ..
3. Submit copies of document as a proof of residence in your country including but not limited to property deed, utility bills, mortgage statement... Can i provide utiltiy bills and property deed in my parents name...
Pls HELP If anyone has ever received such kind of RFE ...
