My husand changed company and we got New H1/H4 with new company. but my husbnad will not be in new payroll until mid of next month.
As my husband will not be in New h1 petition(Payroll) until next month, Should i consider My H4 also will not be active until then or should I take it as independent COS?
I am confused, I want to know which status I am in now. please help.
