Need help in divorce case

My cousin and his hubby r living separate from last year. Hubby is in US now nd wife in India. He is forcing her for divorce. And not sending her H4 visa stamping papers. Now he wants to file case from US. Bcoz she has no visa papers, so divorce will be valid or what will be happen in this situation.
