I have a couple of questions:
1) I'm an international student, and I just got married. When I got my marriage license, I was told that if I were to change my name, I had to do to the Social Security office first. However, I just went to the SSO, and they said I needed to change my name with immigration before they could give me a new social security card with the married name. Which form do I have to fill out? Does it cost anything? I couldn't find a form specifically for this.
2) My husband and I will be moving to another state soon. When that happens, do I have to fill out a change of address form, or that's only when you have a pending application? If I have to change the address when I move, should I do the name change at that time as well? I don't know how good it is to be sending forms to USCIS every so often.
Any info on these matters would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
