Visa confusion
Hi all,
I have applied to a few grad programs for this fall session. One of my school wanted me to send in my visa details. Now here's the problem, I came to US in May 08 on L2 visa but this Oct my husband's visa status changed to H1 and thus I am technically on H4. But we haven't got our visa stamping done as yet. Now my school wants a copy of my and my husband's visa and I 94. I have sent in copies of our L visas but I am not sure if this is technically right. The school is off bounds now since the deadline is over and thus it is difficult to contact them for clarification. Kindly advise.
