My cousin got I-20 from a high school in Cali (which she will be staying with another relative). She has already got her Visa approved and everything ready. She is just waiting on flying to the US in August before the school in Cali starts.
However, her parents now would like for her to stay with me instead. I’m living in Louisiana. Is it possible to apply for the school in Louisiana now and get a new I-20 if accepted?
