I dont know if anyone can answer my question, but here goes;
My fiance's daughter wants to come with her dad to the US. His daughter wants to know that since in the UK, 16 yrs is when most kids finish school. So that would be two years short of a education here. Does she have to finish school here, or she wouldnt because she took care of schooling in the UK?
My second question is;
I make $12.60 and hour, work full time, and get $535 in child support. I make enough to support me, my two kids, and my fiance. A family of four. If my fiance's daughter came to live with us when my fiance comes here permantely, would i make enough to support her too? Or would i fall short of needed income? Then it would be considered a family of 5. (My oldest will be 18 next year and may move out.) Or maybe she'd have to come here later when my fiance will be my husband, and then we could sponsor her. Would that work if i was sponsoring my fiance? Does that count only until we get married for sponsoring my fiance. Meaning i cant sponsor another if i already am sponsoring my fiance.
