Yoga Teacher training in the USA

I currently have a tourist visa, however I would like to travel to the USA to attend a Yoga school to study two courses which will take about 1.5 years. On the immigration website, I can see that I would need to apply for an M student visa as the courses will exceed the 18 hours per week . The school I would like to enrol with is called REFLEX Arts and is based in Sarasota, however this school is not on the list of SEVIS approved Schools .


I would really appreciate some advice on how I can obtain the correct documents in order to attend these courses.

I think it is important to find a SEVP-certified school listed by SEVIS. Contact REFLEX Arts and inquire if they have plans to obtain SEVP certification or if they can guide you to affiliated schools that offer the same courses.

Since REFLEX Arts is not SEVIS-approved, you must find an alternative Yoga school or institution that holds this approval.
