I Have a Couple of Questions:
1. Name Change Process for International Students: I recently got married and was informed at the time of receiving my marriage license that I would need to go to the Social Security Office (SSO) first if I wanted to change my name. However, when I visited the SSO, they instructed me to change my name with immigration before they could issue a new Social Security card with my married name. Which form should I use for this name change, and does it cost anything? I couldn't find a specific form for this purpose.
2. Address Change When Moving to Another State: My husband and I are planning to move to another state soon. When we move, will I need to fill out a change of address form, or is that only necessary if I have a pending application? If I need to update my address when we move, should I also complete the name change at that time? I'm concerned about the potential issues with frequently sending forms to USCIS.
