Am i eligible to file my Greencard in EB2 category??

I have done my MBA from a US University. I have 4+ year of experience. I got my H1b done in Jan 2012. This is my first year on H1b. My job requirement is Bachelor's and 3+ years of experience. Am i eligible to apply greencard in EB2 category??
