OPT Delay
Hi
i am in the situation where i applied OPT in 4, July 2013. and after 90 days did not getg any response from USCIS the called them and requested for expedite service . after one day i recived an email saying my expeidte service request is being denied becasue of back ground ans scurity check is not done yet, and can,t give any estimated time when it will be done.
i supposed to start exact 92 day after applying OPT. please advise regarding my situation what should i do
