Hi,
I came to US on a H4 visa and then I joined for MS in USA and then converted my visa to F1. Now I am eligible for CPT.
My final semester starts Jan 13 2014. But I would like to apply for a CPT and work for an year before completing my course.
My husband is planning on traveling to India in February. I would like to accompany him. So if I go to India I would have to get my visa stamped.
Is it advisable to travel on CPT(if the company allows)?
What are the possibilities of my visa(F1) getting rejected?
Please advise......
