I live in New Delhi, India. I am currently working as a Senior Testing Engineer with a Fortune 500 Company and have close to 7 years of work experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
My husband is already in the US on H1B and is based out of San Jose. Currently, I have only have a B1 visa and have not applied for my H4 yet as I won't be able to take up a job with H4.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Is it possible to go to US on H4 and find a job and then apply for my H1?
2. Is it possible to go to US on H4 and take up a course ( Masters degree or Extended course like career certificate) and apply for student visa?
3. Please suggest what ways to take up a job in US.
