Hello
I am currently on my OPT (F1-visa) and working as an independent contractor with my professor. There is no paper work done to define the contract. I have few queries regrading this
1. Do I need to fill an forms such as I-1099 or I-9
2. Since I am working for my professor (not e-verified). If at later stage, I apply for OPT extension would pose a problem. Even if at that time I am working for an e-verified company.
