URGENT - Need to apply for OPT, got my name split on the passport

Hi,

The last name field was blank in my passport and on the visa, i94, ssn had the name as
first name: FNU
last name: XYZ ABC

So, I got the name split on my passport from BLS. Now, the name on passport is
first name: XYZ
last name: ABC

I am on F1 Visa and will be graduating this May. I need to apply for OPT. Should I apply with new name or the old name as my I94 still has FNU? Or, should I get all the records updated before I apply for OPT? Will there be any issue at USCIS? Please reply ASAP if someone had the same issue as I need to apply for OPT urgently
