EAD card renewal applied one day before expiry.
Hello guys, like the title suggests, I applied for OPT extension one day before the expiry of my first 12 months EAD that is Feb 20th 2015. The status says the case was received on February 19, 2015.
Questions:
1. Am I in serious trouble for filing it just one day before the expiry ?
2. The case status even now shows as received. It hasn't changed. Any idea how long it will take on average for the it to be approved ? The tracker forum on this website is not relatively active.
Any advices are of great help.
