Urgently need avdice on CPT Extension.
I am currently working as an intern from May 26 - July 31.I have applied for OPT and the USCIS Case was received on May 29. I got full time opportunity with the current company and start date is on Aug 3.
There is a 50-50 chance to receive the OPT on time or not. In this case Am I eligible to extend my CPT till I receive the EAD Card Start Date??? I used CPT for 2.3 months out of 11.5 months. I talk to International advisor of my school she don't have correct information on this to support my point for extension of CPT because of already filed OPT Application. Please help me out.
