    Starting your own business or work for STEM extension?

    Hi,

    My current OPT expires in about a month, and I am planning to apply for STEM extension as an independent web designer/developer.

    I understand I need to be E2 verified in order to apply for STEM extension.

    Has anybody applied to be E2 verified? What exactly do I need to prepare? I would appreciate any input.
