Hi guys,
I had applied for opt as I was planning to graduate in that semester. But due to short credit hours I couldn't graduate but my OPT got accepted and employment date has already started. So by the time I graduate this semester I will complete 90 days of unemployment. So according to USCIS I will be out of status after my graduation. So I wanted to know what are the options do I have to maintain a legal status in this case. Can there be any exceptions from the USCIS?
