Hi all,
Give the current scenario where the state of the OPT extension is unknown. What would be the best possible date to start my OPT? I will be graduating in December this year. Taking worst case scenario into consideration, if my is not H1B picked in 2016, can I stil do so in 2017, given that the start my OPT start date in March? Kindly advice what would be the best combination of dates which would allow me to apply for an H1B in the next year as well.
