Spouse started MS in Fall 2014 and filed for H4 to F1 in Feb 2015 received F1 approval in Nov 2015. She is graduating in mid Dec. Now college says she can't file for OPT because haven't completed 9 months on F1. Neither she can take any additional course because she will be already completing 30 credits.
My questions:
Can we go ahead anf file F1 opt? or what should we do here on?
Can 2 EAD applications (F1 OPT and H4 EAD) be in process?
Your quick inputs or help on any official material that we can share with college would really help? Thanks much!
