my OPT extension is going to expire, I have applied for EB1 and haven't recieved EAD

My OPT extension is going to expire in June, I have applied for EB1 and my I140 has been approved. I have submitted I765 and received the receipt on Feb 8. However I still have not received my EAD / combo card. Can I work, if my OPT ends without combo card? can I apply for another OPT extension with new 24 month rule?
