Hi,
I am applying for OPT extension from 17 -24 months and changed my employer recently (a week back). I have few questions on filing the last 2 columns of I-983 form i.e. EVALUATION ON STUDENT PROGRESS:
1. What are the reviews/contributions should I enter as I am new to this employer?
2. Previously I worked as a Full Time employee with a MNC, so in this column should I mention that this is my new employer and mention my past experiences/contributions with my previous employer?
Please help me out in this as the last date for submission is August 8th.
