Hello ,
I started my internship in January 2016 and my CPT have been authorized , my internship will end in the end of July 2016 , then my employer extend my internship for 5 months more which is till December 2016 .
I contact my university to reauthorize my CPT and they did so, but I realize after that I can use my EAD that I have got from Temporary protection Status. The EAD will expire in march 2017.
My question is can I cancel or stop the CPT and use my EAD for 5 months then later I will return back to use my CPT will this be possible ?Is it fine ? Will I have no problems to return back to CPT later?
